Nasir R Hashmi joined DF Real Estate LLC as a Chief Executive Officer in 2024. He comes with a rich and diversified experience in leading real estate development and aviation projects. His most recent engagement was with AKD Group Holding (Pvt) Limited as a Chief Executive Officer (Projects). Amongst his recent projects for AKD Group Holding is The Arkadians at DHA, Karachi, Pakistan. This development includes 6 Commercial & 13 Residential towers on 42 acres of land and was conceptualized and designed by ATKINS, UK.

He is a graduate Aeronautical engineer and has a masters in aviation management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Florida, USA.

His impressive 38 years of experience includes:

✈ The construction and financial agreement negotiations for the Jinnah International Airport, Karachi as a team member of Bechtel International, USA 

​

✈ The financial and commercial negotiations for the New Terminal Complex at Lahore International Airport with Airsys ATM, France.

​

✈ Led the readiness project team of Bechtel International, USA during the construction of Jinnah International Terminal. 

​

✈ Conceptualized the mixed development “Airport City” project for Jinnah International Airport, Karachi as a team member of a Malaysian and Singaporean company.

​

✈ Established Lynx Aviation, the first Business Charter Operator company in Pakistan, which operated Hawker 800XP aircraft.

​

✈ Established a multimedia company in Malaysia in 2009. In 2010, the company was awarded with Malaysian Super Corridor (MSC) Status by the Malaysian Government.

​

✈ Conceived and developed the world’s first Hajj Training Simulator (AHTS). 

​

✈ Negotiated for a Venture Capital fund with Wadi Makkah & United Consulting Group, Jeddah Saudi Arabia.
